Oudeman has a demonstrated history of working in the process industry and in an international competitive environment. She is skilled in Process Engineering, Coaching, Business Development, Organizational Development and Business Process Improvement. She has graduated from the University of Groningen, Erasmus University and the University of Rochester. Oudeman was the number 1 on the list of the most powerful businesswomen in the Netherlands of the weekly magazine FEM Business in November 2005. The magazine Opzij chose her to be one of the ten most influential women in the Netherlands and the most important woman in the business category in October 2009.
